Key Responsibilities

• Data Input: Transcribe text, numbers, and customer information from paper documents or digital files into databases and spreadsheets.
• Data Verification: Check records for errors, fix mistakes, and compare entries against original source documents.
• Office Support: Answer phones, file paperwork, process invoices, and manage office supplies.
• Record Maintenance: Organize digital and physical files, remove duplicate entries, and perform regular data backups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Typing & Computer Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed (often 30+ WPM) with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to Detail: High level of focus to spot inaccuracies and maintain data integrity.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep filing systems orderly.
• Confidentiality: Strict adherence to privacy guidelines when handling sensitive personal or financial information.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
