No previous solar experience is required. We provide the tools and support you need to succeed. Responsibilities Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Educate homeowners on the benefits of residential solar energy. Qualify homeowners for a FREE in-home solar consultation. Schedule appointments for licensed Solar Energy Consultants. Accurately enter customer information into the company system. Meet daily and weekly appointment goals. Represent Need Solar Today with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Must be able to pass a background check. Compensation & Benefits Earn $800 on the first payment (M1) once the appointment you scheduled results in a completed solar sale. No clawbacks on qualified earned M1 payments. Receive an additional payment equal to 50% of the commission earned upon the completed installation. Weekly performance incentives available.
